| A new strategic alliance has been created bringing together three international risk management and business development consultancies, with extended network of services. KCS Group Europe Limited (based in the UK), Tesco Consulting (based in Hungary) and Austrian-based, Karner Management Consulting will be joining forces under the KCS Group banner to offer their combined services to international groups in need of business development support, introductions, strategic intelligence and risk management services, both in new and existing markets around the world.

The principals
are Stuart Poole-Robb, former chief executive of Merchant International Group
and ex-British Special Forces, Brigadier General Gerald Karner, most recently
Head of Strategic Analysis and Planning in the Austrian Ministry of Defence and
Laszlo Pados, General Director of TESCO Consulting
Ltd., formerly Senior Diplomat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the
Ministry of International Economic Relations.
Through the
principals and a 50-strong team of consultants, as well as correspondents in
almost every major capital across the globe, this alliance offers unrivalled
experience of working within government and an impressive network of high-level
public and private sector relationships across multiple jurisdictions.
Working from
offices in the UK, Austria, Hungary, Brussels, Istanbul, Moscow, Washington, New
Delhi, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Thailand, the alliance will bring its expertise
and contacts to discretely advise Board Directors, CEO’s and Chairmen on
sensitive matters involving businesses in Europe, the US, Russian Federation,
Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.
The range of
services offered by the alliance includes strategic security and consultancy,
political and commercial risk analysis, corporate intelligence, market entry and
new business development support. Particular emphasis will also be placed on
high-level IT security consultancy through KCS Information Services, headed by
Massimo Cotrozzi. This newly formed cutting edge business deploys unique IT
technical skills to support clients when confronted with cyber threats/sensitive
issues, and helps to assist those clients in dealing with those issues in the
most effective and creative way.
