The security team works under the ethos of Total Security Management to deliver the right mix of security services to its clients. This unique integrated risk-based approach to delivering security is underpinned by the formation of the Risk and Resilience team. Under the leadership of Client Retention Director, Andy May, the team comprises Risk Consultants and Client Innovation and Relationship. The team will also be supported in the areas of Policing and Public Services by a specialist adviser. The team will support MITIE’s clients in developing a security strategy in line with their corporate objectives and will conduct risk analysis using the dedicated SPARC risk calculator that is specific to MITIE and profiling of property portfolios as well as driving innovation and cost efficiencies for its clients.

The team members are located for national coverage and have a wealth of experience in corporate security and specialist risk analysis. They will work closely with the national and regional operational teams in delivering Total Security Management.
