| Integrated Security Consultants Ltd (ISC) has welcomed Robert Webster as its new Senior Operations Manager. The majority of ISC’s operations will now be overseen by Robert who joined the team this June, bringing with him years’ of operational experience accrued whilst working within the corporate manned guarding sector.

Robert’s contribution will further benefit clients and add to the wealth of
experience already on offer from the ISC management team. He will also be taking
an active role in ensuring that ISC remains at the very top echelon of security
industry practice and standards by assisting with ISC’s NSI Gold award
accreditation. Robert asserts: I’m very excited about the challenges that lie
ahead. ISC are leaders in their market and contracted to secure some of the most
iconic buildings in the UK. Their standing in the industry is second to none.”
Robert began his career in operational security back in 2001 with Reliance
Security. He quickly demonstrated great potential and two years later in 2003
moved over to First Security to run its control room and communications centre.
After the later purchase of First Security by FTSE250 Company, Interserve plc,
Robert was promoted further to Head of Management Development & Corporate
Assurance for the three security businesses within the group before finally
making his move to ISC.
Commenting on joining ISC, Robert revealed: “I was hugely impressed by the
dedication and enthusiasm of the ISC management team throughout the interview
process. They place great emphasis in providing a quality service to the client
and in looking after their personnel - and I intend to continue this ethos in my
new role.”
